Robin Cann (MSW, RSW) is a registered private practice social worker who provides individual, family, and group psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing a wide range of challenges with their mental health and/or harmful involvement with substances. Robin has worked within the public mental health and addictions system for ten years, providing clinical assessment and treatment services to children, youth, adults and families. Robin uses an active, collaborative, strengths based and emotion-focused approach to psychotherapy that seeks to help clients move toward their own wellness goals.

    Psychotherapy and counselling are primarily talk-based approaches that are intended to help people improve and maintain their mental health and well-being. Therapy can involve individual, group, or family meetings with a professional.
